Energy, people, pace, diverse neighbourhoods—there's literally something for everyone.
I've called this big vibrant city home for 20 years, I'm still in love; after testing various neighbourhoods my dog and I are back downtown very happily living the condo life. Note—big dog lover here.
I see my work as a bespoke service: some need me right by their side throughout, professional services and solid emotional support, the shoulder; others are seasoned and simply want it done, search, numbers, negotiate, go. Real estate in Toronto can be stressful, we know it's expensive, sometimes it moves at lightning speed, sometimes not, one thing that will add to the experience is dedicated, transparent service. Whatever approach suits you is what I offer.
In buying my first Toronto home, the typical small semi, I was bitten; I started to think about real estate as a career. Sales and marketing have always been ‘my thing’, they go hand in hand; in exploring open houses, in selling that first home, I thought ‘I could offer my own brand of more personal service and marketing’, an elevated more comprehensive approach. Technology has changed most businesses; I embrace how tech has changed real estate but it can't replace people.
My early years: sales and marketing executive in the book publishing industry, some of my clients, both sales and leasing, are those in cultural industry, we connect. I've also been through the parent downsize, and full on support, I know first hand it's a challenging time, fulfilling absolutely but there's a big extra emotional element involved when your parents are entering the next phase, extra care and patience required.
Big deal or small, buy, sell or lease, the marker of a positive real estate experience to me is a completely satisfied client, the process as stress-free as possible, hopefully you even had fun.
And, if by chance the Hamilton area is in your home buying plan I have a trusted, experienced, and very fun, colleague who lives in charming Dundas Valley working the Hamilton/Burlington areas.
In buying or selling you should feel you've found the right realtor fit, reach out, let's chat, explore your wants and needs; I'd love to help you find your next Toronto home.
